I am Cecilia.

This is my personal blog and professional site.

I do not separate the two. It is all about life, our moments, our freedom, our love.

I have no secrets; I am powerful and personal. I am also a trained psychologist from Copenhagen, a full-time traveller, based out of a van with my husband and three youngest children, a radical unschooler, writer, and healer.

I beat cancer, I travel the world, I am a perpetual learner, and I am unstoppable.

I hold the strong and radical idea that life is to be lived and that our culture is ruining the very foundation on which we could stand to do so. I am outspoken to save as many moments of as many lives as possible from the mainstream craziness.

My personal life is somewhat an experiment, a protest, a demonstration, and a love song at the same time. I have an appetite for life and compassion and devotion for the moments of everyone's lives—both feeding my urge to get out there and LIVE and to get down there in the depths of what it is all about so I can help my fellow humans clear the chaos, adjust the lens, breathe deep, and be ready for anything!

I am a cancer survivor, grateful for every second I got back when I got my life back 13 years ago. I am a mother of four, knowing how extremely wealthy that makes me. I am a servant of God in whatever form you can cope with the idea of a bigger picture, as I am sure we walk this earth to enjoy it, express love, feel it, and stay in community with each other.

I believe many of the elements of modern life are devastating our capacity to live a life true to what life is truly about, and I am here to fix that. I am humble and strong at the same time.

I call my work grandmothering. Maybe I am just very excited about the next stage of my life, which I hope to see in a few years. But truly, I don't like the idea of coaching, therapy, or courses—all that structured "I-know-it-all" kind of work is not my cup of tea.

I am here to serve, to share my perspective, experience, and knowledge, and to hold your hand and heart if you will allow me. I am here to help, to see you and acknowledge your unique presence, to help you live a better life.
